Volleyball Recap: Coon Rapids Comes Up Short

Coon Rapids saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell just short of the Eden Prairie Eagles by a score of 2-1.

Despite the loss, Coon Rapids still got an impressive performance from Nemo Chang, who had 14 digs and four assists. Chang is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Coon Rapids now has a losing record of 7-8-1. As for Eden Prairie, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coon Rapids wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Spring Lake Park on the 2nd. As for Eden Prairie, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Maple Grove at 6:00 p.m. on the 19th.
