Football Recap: Regina Dominican Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Regina Dominican might've scored the first points on Tuesday, but it was Evanston who claimed the real prize. The Panthers lost 26-6 to the Wildkits. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Despite the loss, Regina Dominican still got an impressive performance from Natalia Cerrado, who rushed for 101 yards and one score on only 12 carries. Cerrado's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked her third straight game with at least 101 rushing yards.

Maggie Conforti continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Evanston, throwing for 291 yards and three TDs, while also punching in one touchdown on the ground. A healthy portion of Conforti's aerial production (106 yards to be exact) went to Brielle Rosemond.

This is the second loss in a row for Regina Dominican and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Evanston, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Coming up, Regina Dominican will square off against Chicago Hope Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Evanston has already played their next game (against New Trier), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
