Kenzie Paimany continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 248 yards and six touchdowns, while also rushing for 52 yards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in rushing yards. Aaya Mclyn was another key player, picking up 49 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Long Beach Poly didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Nefertiera Williams, Malawna Green, and Ki'Ele Ho-Ching picked up one apiece.

Cabrillo's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Long Beach Poly, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-8.

Cabrillo was taken down by Long Beach Poly 38-6 when the teams last played back in September. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Cabrillo was down 20-0.
