Football Recap: Rogers Finds Home Field Redemption Against Deer Park + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Rogers, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Deer Park Stags by a score of 14-7 on Friday. The Pirates have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Stags, too.

Everett Long was the offensive standout of the contest as he rushed for 105 yards and one score. Those 105 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Rogers' run defense was locked in: Deer Park could only muster two yards per carry. The Pirates' ground attack was stronger, having averaged 3.9.

Rogers now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Deer Park, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
