Soccer Recap: Treynor Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Win

Treynor came tearing into Wednesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 goals), and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the Logan-Magnolia Panthers a 3-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Treynor, who have now won ten games by three goals or more so far this season.

Treynor pushed their record up to 13-1-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four matchups. As for Logan-Magnolia, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9-4 record this season.

Treynor will square off against Underwood on Wednesday. Underwood will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Treynor surely won't give up without a fight. Logan-Magnolia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
