Football Recap: Lorain Comes Up Short

If Lorain was feeling good fresh off their 41-14 takedown of Elyria last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Titans took a 32-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sandusky Blue Streaks on Friday. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blue Streaks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Lorain now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Sandusky, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lorain will face off against Euclid at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give the Titans their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Sandusky, they will take on Padua Franciscan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
