Baseball Recap: Antioch Comes Up Short

Antioch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 11-1 to the Hume-Fogg Blue Knights. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Bears couldn't push the score so high this time.

Antioch's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Hume-Fogg, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-13 record.

Looking ahead, Antioch will challenge Overton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bears are facing the Bobcats at the right time seeing as the Bobcats are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Hume-Fogg, they will square off against University School of Nashville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
