After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Highland, Williams Field was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Desert Ridge Jaguars by a score of 3-1. The win continues a trend for the Black Hawks in their matchups with the Jaguars: they've now won four in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-16, 19-25, 25-21.

Peyton Pearson paced Williams Field's offense, picking up 20 kills. Pearson got some help from Makenna Mooney and her 39 assists. Pearson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Williams Field's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Desert Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-9.
