Stony Point had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They really took it to Dripping Springs for the full four quarters, racking up a 78-50 victory. Stony Point has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Stony Point to victory, but perhaps none more so than Uzziah Buntyn, who went 7-for-15 on his way to 21 points along with seven assists and five boards. Buntyn is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 47% in the last nine games he's played. Jayden Cruz was another key player, going 6-for-7 to rack up 17 points.

Stony Point's win was their 20th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 30-4. As for Dripping Springs, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-16 record this season.

A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Tigers take on the WILDCATS at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Stony Point's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. Dripping Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
