Basketball Recap: Mt. Pleasant Comes Up Short

Mt. Pleasant lost against Grand Blanc back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mt. Pleasant Oilers fell 51-42 to the Grand Blanc Bobcats.

Mt. Pleasant has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season. The victory (which was Grand Blanc's third in a row) raised their record to 14-7.

Coming up, Mt. Pleasant will be taking part in a tournament against Dow at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Grand Blanc, they will face off against Tournament Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
