Volleyball Recap: Indian Land Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Indian Land was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Yellow Jackets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Indian Land was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Fort Mill work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 26-24, 25-11.

Leading Fort Mill to victory were Claire Flowers and Payton Roberts. Flowers had 16 digs and two aces, while Roberts had eight digs and two aces. Flowers is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Indian Land's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Fort Mill, they pushed their record up to 8-6 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Indian Land wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Northwestern on the 16th. As for Fort Mill, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Nation Ford on the 16th.
