Volleyball Game Preview: Cortez Colts vs. Tempe Buffaloes + How To Watch

Cortez is 2-7 against Tempe since September of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Cortez's win against Yuma wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Colts skirted past the Criminals 3-2. The victory continues a trend for the Colts in their matchups with the Criminals: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Tempe earned a 3-1 win over Cortez on October 1st.

Cortez's victory bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Tempe, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-8.

Cortez came up short against Tempe when the teams last played on October 1st, falling 3-1. Can the Colts avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
