Basketball Recap: Campbell Takes a Loss

Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 28th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Ector Eagles, falling 59-8. The game marked the Indians' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 0-25. As for Ector, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 12-18 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Campbell will face off against Dodd City at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Dodd City's defense has only allowed 29.9 points per game this season, so Campbell's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Ector, they will challenge Miller Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
