Volleyball Recap: Turner Comes Up Short

Turner lost against Highland Park back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Scots. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-8, 25-9.

Turner's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12-1. As for Highland Park, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 32-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Turner will take on rival Creekview at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Highland Park is set to challenge their familiar foe Wakeland at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
