Basketball Recap: Enid Comes Up Short

Enid lost against Jenks back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Enid Plainsmen received a blow as they fell 54-38 to the Jenks Trojans. The game marked the Plainsmen's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Enid and nudges their season record down to 9-9. As for Jenks, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Enid is taking a road trip to take on Northwest Classen at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Enid is facing Northwest Classen at the right time seeing as Northwest Classen is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Jenks, they will face off against Charles Page at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
