Football Game Preview: Arizona College Prep Knights vs. Skyline Coyotes + Official Tickets

The Arizona College Prep Knights will take on the Skyline Coyotes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Arizona College Prep is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

On Friday, Arizona College Prep beat Mountain Pointe 27-16.

Arizona College Prep can attribute much of their success to Gunnar Schmidt, who threw for 208 yards and a pair of TDs.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Arizona College Prep's defense and their six sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Isaac Spendlove and Kelso Gaucuson, who racked up 4.5 sacks between them.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Skyline's offense. They were beaten by ALA - Gilbert North 63-0 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Coyotes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona football rankings (they are ranked 132nd, while the Eagles are ranked 26th).

Arizona College Prep's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Skyline, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
