Football Game Recap: Westwood vs. Washington

The last time they met ? Westwood was the 47-6 winner over Washington. This time around? They had no such luck. It was close but no cigar for Westwood as they fell 12-14 to Washington on Thursday. The loss was a vexing one since Westwood was expected to win based on their state ranking. The game brought Washington to 1-2 and dropped Westwood to a mirror-image 2-1.

Westwood have some extra time to regroup and restrategize before their next contest, which is against Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering at 7:00 PM in two weeks. As for Washington, they will face off against St. Benedict at Auburndale.
