Baseball Recap: Haddon Township Takes a Loss

Haddon Township lost against Cherry Hill West back in May of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Hawks came up short against the Lions, falling 12-1. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Haddon Township saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Jantorno, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Haddon Township's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Cherry Hill West, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Haddon Township and Cherry Hill West will both be playing Schalick the next time they take the field. The Lions will host the Cougars at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Hawks will play them later in the day, at 3:30 p.m.
