Basketball Recap: Fort Atkinson Triumphs

Fort Atkinson proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by 31) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Oregon Panthers 55-53. This was payback for the Blackhawks, who suffered a 48-46 loss the last time these two teams met.

Fort Atkinson now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Oregon, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-1 record.

Fort Atkinson will welcome Monona Grove at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Oregon, they are taking a road trip to square off against Waunakee at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
