Soccer Game Preview: Page vs. Northwest Guilford

The Page Pirates will head out on the road to square off against the Northwest Guilford Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Page will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last.

Page's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They blew past Ragsdale 4-0. London Coley was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Northwest Guilford put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their undefeated season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Grimsley. That's two games straight that the Vikings have won by exactly two goals.

Northwest Guilford's victory bumped their record up to 4-0-2. As for Page, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Page suffered a grim 4-1 defeat to Northwest Guilford in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can Page avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
