Football Game Preview: Morristown Colonials vs. Passaic County Tech Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Morristown Colonials will square off against the Passaic County Tech Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Morristown has struggled recently with five defeats in a row, while Passaic County Tech will arrive with three straight wins.

On Friday, Morristown was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 27-23 to Roxbury. The Colonials gained 100 more yards on the day, but it was the Gaels that made the best use of them.

Morristown's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jasiah Brown, who picked up 90 receiving yards and a pair of scores, and Weston Elms, who threw for 152 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Passaic County Tech against Passaic on Thursday as the squad secured a 35-7 victory. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by 28 points or more this season.

Passaic County Tech's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Morristown, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Morristown suffered a grim 27-7 defeat to Passaic County Tech when the teams last played back in October of 2022. Thankfully for the Colonials, Trashon Dye (who rushed for 143 yards and a pair of TDs) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
