Union Mine came tearing into Thursday's matchup with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Galt Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Union Mine was: they took every set by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-10, 25-7.

Allison Eschleman paced Union Mine's offense, picking up nine kills. Eschleman really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 16. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Union Mine's victory bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Galt, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.
