Dundy County-Stratton's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They claimed a resounding 80-49 win over the Southern Valley Eagles. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 24 points or more this season.

Lane Bybee was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double with 38 points and nine rebounds. The game was his fourth in a row with at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was Ethan Latta, who went 8-for-12 to rack up 18 points and seven assists.

Dundy County-Stratton smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 13 consecutive matchups.

Dundy County-Stratton has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.9 points over those games. As for Southern Valley, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-18.
