Soccer Recap: Somerset Comes Up Short

Somerset came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-1 to the Bedford Bisons. Somerset were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Christopher Thompson, who's now up to three this season.

Somerset's loss dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Bedford, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-1.

Somerset wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Central Cambria on the 8th. As for Bedford, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-0 victory against Chestnut Ridge on the 8th.
