Football Recap: Bay Path RVT Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bay Path RVT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Northbridge Rams, falling 40-6.

Joel Lachapelle had a dynamite game For Northbridge., throwing for 282 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.8 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 34 yards and one TD. Those 282 passing yards gave Lachapelle a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Morodney Daigle, who gained 77 total yards.

Bay Path RVT's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Northbridge, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Bay Path RVT will face off against Blackstone Valley RVT at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Minutemen will be up against the Beavers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 37.25 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Northbridge, they will square off against Tantasqua Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
