Volleyball Recap: Hilliard Bradley Comes Up Short

Hilliard Bradley lost against Olentangy Liberty back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Jaguars took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots.

While Hilliard Bradley ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-21, 18-25, 25-17.

Despite the loss, Hilliard Bradley still got an impressive performance from Kendal Barber, who had 14 digs and six assists. Barber has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last eight times she's played.

Hilliard Bradley has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Olentangy Liberty, their victory bumped their record up to 12-8.
