Basketball Game Preview: Enterprise Hornets vs. Foothill Cougars

The Enterprise Hornets will head out to take on the Foothill Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Foothill took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Enterprise, who comes in off a win.

Enterprise is headed into the game having just posted their biggest victory since January 2nd on Friday. Everything went their way against Shasta as Enterprise made off with a 58-33 win. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Foothill suffered their closest defeat since December 26, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of Red Bluff by a score of 66-63. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (61), the Cougars still had to take the loss.

Enterprise will need to focus on slowing down Cade Memeo, one of several Foothill players who made an impact when they last played. He went 6 of 12 on his way to 15 points along with five assists and three steals. Memeo is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last four games he's played. Wyatt Forward was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Foothill's loss dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Enterprise, their win bumped their record up to 13-10.

Enterprise came up short against Foothill in their previous meeting back in January, falling 52-45. Can Enterprise avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
