 The Brooke Point Black Hawks scored the most points they've had all season to find success  on Thursday. They blew past Osbourn Park 103-28 on the road. The  win was a breath of fresh air for Brooke Point as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
 Brooke Point's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Seth Sanusi led the charge by  scoring 16 points along with seven  rebounds and six  assists. Those six  assists set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ryan Apietu, who  scored 20 points.
 Brooke Point's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Osbourn Park, they bumped their record down to 0-8-1 with that  loss, which was their 12th straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Brooke Point won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against St. Mary's Ryken at 4:00  p.m.  on December 29th. St. Mary's Ryken presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Brooke Point in their respective states (St. Mary's Ryken is ranked 70th in Maryland, while Brooke Point is ranked 235th in Virginia). As for Osbourn Park, they will head out on the road to face off against Osbourn at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
