Volleyball Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Trinity challenged Onalaska on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost five in a row.

Trinity may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 6-20. As for Onalaska, they have been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-13 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Trinity will challenge rival New Waverly at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Onalaska is set to face off against their familiar foe Coldspring-Oakhurst at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
