Soccer Recap: St. Andrew's Takes a Loss

After flying high against Winchendon on Wednesday, St. Andrew came back down to earth. The Saints lost 7-3 to the Bancroft Bulldogs on Friday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as St. Andrew's were already down 4-0.

They hit Bancroft with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Nina Dahl, Clara Diaz, and Ryanne Sheehan.

St. Andrew's has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Andrew's will host Brimmer & May at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bancroft, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Landmark at 4:30 p.m.
