Volleyball Recap: Pendleton County Takes a Loss

Pendleton County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Paris Greyhounds. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Greyhounds apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Pendleton County's loss dropped their record down to 5-25. As for Paris, their victory bumped their record up to 6-14.

Coming up, Pendleton County will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mason County at 7:30 p.m. As for Paris, they will head out on the road to face off against Williamstown at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
