Baseball Recap: Daleville Broncos vs. Cowan Blackhawks

Daleville came out on top against Cowan on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive nine-run first inning. The Broncos walked away with a 10-6 win over the Blackhawks. The high-scoring effort was just what the Broncos needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Ayden Ramirez was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Daleville is 5-2 when he allows at most one walk, but 5-8 otherwise. Ramirez was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April.
