Volleyball Recap: Braxton County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Braxton County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Ritchie County Rebels. The Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Rebels from their previous meeting back in October of 2016.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-9, 25-16.

Braxton County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Ritchie County, their victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 2-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Braxton County will host Richwood at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Ritchie County, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Calhoun at 5:00 p.m.
