Baseball Recap: Ridgewood Wins Going Away Against Fenton

Ridgewood never let their opponents score on Monday. Everything went their way against the Fenton Bison as they made off with a 12-0 win. The Rebels have beaten the Bison the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bison has come to flipping the script.

Kyle Szewczyk was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Antonio Ciccone, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

Ridgewood's victory bumped their record up to 13-11-1. As for Fenton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 16 of their last 19 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-22 record this season.

Ridgewood will have a chance to go back-to-back against Fenton: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
