Meanwhile, Speedway can bid farewell to their 11-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 74-54 margin over Cascade. The contest marked the Sparkplugs' most dominant victory of the season.

Northview's win bumped their record up to 23-2. As for Speedway, their victory bumped their record up to 3-19.
