Basketball Recap: Rockdale County Takes a Loss

If Rockdale County was feeling good fresh off their 65-40 takedown of South Gwinnett last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rockdale County Bulldogs took a blow against the Grayson Rams on Friday, falling 74-30. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Despite the loss, Rockdale County still got an impressive performance from Makenzie Moore, who posted 12 points in addition to five boards and four steals. Moore has been hot recently, having posted four or more steals the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Jazlyn Corbett, who had five points and three steals.

Rockdale County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Grayson, the win was the 24th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 24-1.

As of now, neither Rockdale County nor Grayson have any future games scheduled.
