Georgetown is a perfect 10-0 against Pflugerville since August of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will face off against the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Georgetown is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games.

On Tuesday, it was close, but Georgetown sidestepped Weiss for a 3-2 victory.

Georgetown was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (103-94), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 13-25, 25-20, 16-25, 15-12.

Georgetown found their leader in sophomore Jordan Pitkethley, who had 15 digs and three aces.

Meanwhile, Pflugerville came up short against Weiss on Friday, falling 3-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Wolves recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14, 25-18.

Georgetown's win bumped their record up to 22-11. As for Pflugerville, their loss dropped their record down to 12-22.

Georgetown took their victory against Pflugerville in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
