Soccer Recap: Rampart Has No Trouble Against Widefield

Rampart kept a clean sheet against Widefield on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Gladiators with a sharp 8-0 victory. It was an even better day for Sebastian Collela as he scored three goals for his team.

Rampart now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Widefield, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Looking ahead, Rampart will head out on the road to challenge Fountain-Fort Carson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fountain-Fort Carson will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Rampart surely won't give up without a fight. As for Widefield, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Palmer at 6:00 p.m. on October 8.
