Volleyball Recap: Fort Atkinson Comes Up Short

Fort Atkinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the DeForest Norskies.

While Fort Atkinson was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-17, 25-15.

Fort Atkinson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for DeForest, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Looking ahead, Fort Atkinson will venture away from home to face off against Tournament Team at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for DeForest, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Madison Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on October 6.
