Soccer Game Preview: Mesquite vs. Seton Catholic

Mesquite hasn't had much luck against Seton Catholic recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Wildcats will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the Sentinels at 6:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Mesquite is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Westview. The Wildcats walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Knights on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Seton Catholic gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand Odyssey Institute a 9-0 shutout.
