Basketball Recap: Felton Grove Comes Up Short on the Road Against Green Hope

Felton Grove kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They were beaten by the Green Hope Falcons 75-30. The Galaxy were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 56-16.

Felton Grove's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rylan Libecap, who posted eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle Bullard, who scored six points.

Green Hope found their leader in sophomore Will Hennegan, who earned 13 points. Another player making a difference was Jaden Ebenuwah, who had ten points.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Felton Grove will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Willow Spring at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Green Hope, they will face off against East Chapel Hill at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
