Riverside has gone 9-1 against ED White recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Generals will face off against the Commanders at 6:00 p.m. Riverside is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Riverside came up short against Ribault on Tuesday, falling 14-7.

Josh Skipper made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Adrian Gonzalez, who scored a run while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Meanwhile, ED White hadn't done well against Harvest Community recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Commanders blew past the Warriors 16-6.

Donny Moore was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing four bases while going 1-for-3. He is becoming a predictor of ED White's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 1-6 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Marion Laguerre, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

ED White always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .588. They are 2-1 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

ED White's record now sits at 3-7. As for Riverside, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-15.

Thursday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Riverside has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .485. However, it's not like ED White struggles in that department as they've averaged .442. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Everything went Riverside's way against ED White in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Riverside made off with a 26-0 win. Will the Generals repeat their success, or do the Commanders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
