Soccer Recap: Antelope Valley Takes a Loss

Antelope Valley lost against Quartz Hill back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Antelope Valley Antelopes took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Quartz Hill Royals. That's two games in a row now that the Antelopes have lost by exactly two goals.

Antelope Valley is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11-1. As for Quartz Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-9-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Antelope Valley will host Lancaster at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Antelope Valley is facing Lancaster at the right time seeing as Lancaster is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Quartz Hill, they will welcome Littlerock at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Littlerock will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Quartz Hill surely won't give up without a fight.
