Basketball Recap: Cherokee County Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Cherokee County's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They strolled past the White Plains Wildcats with points to spare, taking the game 73-59. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 67-57 back in January.

Cherokee County's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.8 points per game. As for White Plains, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-20.

Cherokee County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 59-41 loss against Alexandria on the 4th. White Plains does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
