Basketball Recap: Livingston Central Comes Up Short

Livingston Central lost against Crittenden County last Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Livingston Central Cardinals were dealt a 55-24 loss at the hands of the Crittenden County Rockets. The game marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Livingston Central now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Crittenden County, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Livingston Central Cardinals take on the McLean County Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Crittenden County, they will take on Mayfield at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
