Volleyball Game Preview: Simsbury Trojans vs. Lewis Mills Spartans

The Simsbury Trojans will face off against the Lewis Mills Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Simsbury will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

On Friday, Simsbury got the win against Conard by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, Lewis Mills came up short against Bristol Central on Friday, falling 3-0. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-5, 25-15.

Simsbury's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Lewis Mills, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.

Everything went Simsbury's way against Lewis Mills in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, as Simsbury made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
