It was a good run, but Wesclin unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 53-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Highland Bulldogs. The Warriors were probably out for revenge after losing 53-35 to them when the teams met back in January of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Wesclin's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Highland, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Father McGivney Catholic the next time they take the court. Wesclin will head out to face Father McGivney Catholic at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, while Highland will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
