Soccer Game Preview: Kerr-Vance Academy vs. Ridgecroft

The Kerr-Vance Academy Spartans will venture away from home to square off against the Ridgecroft Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Kerr-Vance Academy has given up an average of 5.3 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

Kerr-Vance Academy lost 10-1 to Fayetteville Academy on Thursday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Spartans were already down 7-1.

Meanwhile, Ridgecroft didn't get the result they wanted in their first game with Pungo Christian Academy on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. The Rams have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meetings.

Kerr-Vance Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Ridgecroft, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
