Baseball Recap: Chaminade Comes Up Short

Chaminade lost to St. Anthony on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Flyers fell 4-1 to the Friars. The Flyers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chaminade saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Valls, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base.

Chaminade's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for St. Anthony's, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

While Chaminade had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
