Basketball Recap: Nashwauk-Keewatin Drops Season-High Score on International Falls

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Nashwauk-Keewatin). They blew past the International Falls Broncos, posting an 84-44 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Spartans have posted since February 15, 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Nashwauk-Keewatin and bumps their season record up to 7-14. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.5 points over those games. As for International Falls, they dropped their record down to 2-21 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nashwauk-Keewatin will square off against Hill City at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for International Falls, they will take on Littlefork-Big Falls at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
